Unlike most other options, Finrite connects with your existing billing engine - no new platform or lengthy migrations needed. We augment platforms like Stripe Billing, Tabs and others out of the box.
Finrite works out of the box through embedded Stripe and HubSpot Apps and is highly configurable through our UI. For more advanced configurations, our team will provide onboarding support.
Finrite was born in the AI era. We use AI to turn unstructured data like contracts and sales notes into structured formats. We also understand the importance of human review, with human oversight and auditability central to our experience.
Finrite brings scaled solutions and revenue best practices that were only available to the largest teams to growing startups. We know today's companies need to anticipate massive growth and lean teams.

Finrite is a software layer and tool that connects your key revenue systems, beginning with a quoting module (embedded in your CRM), a contract management system (powered via DocuSign), a CRM app and an embedded billing connector. You install Finrite through apps in your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and billing engine (Stripe, Tabs) and choose any of our capabilities. Once installed and configured, you can set up bi-directional syncs between any of these systems that copy over data, drive actions and store links to related records in each. You can also view and query records in Finrite's dashboard.
Finrite is focused on Seed through Series B startups (although we are used by much larger companies in some cases). Our goal is to help all teams that interact with revenue data, including revenue operations, finance, sales teams, bizops and chief of staff teams.
Finrite is required because, unfortunately, most revenue software today was built in silos and doesn't talk to each other. CRM and billing systems rarely have integrations that function well and cover all use cases. In fact, some of the most common tools (e.g. Stripe and HubSpot) don't even have native integrations to support billing use cases like creating subscriptions from closed deals. And that's leaving aside all the work that happens outside these platforms, like unstructured spreadsheets and PDFs saved on Google Drive.
These gaps mean finance teams lose contracts, sales teams waste hours toggling between five to six tools when contracting, and ops teams manually input data, resulting in errors and forgotten bills. Our aim is to change all this and give the seams between our favorite revenue products the love that they deserve. Your revenue and finance workflows should feel as if they were built for one user, not by five different companies.
For companies that have sales-led deals, quote to cash (Q2C) refers to the end-to-end lifecycle of the revenue process. It begins with sales teams sending quotes to their customers. When signed, the quote is followed with an order form and additional contracts. After rounds of edits from both sides as certain terms are negotiated (red-lining), the terms are signed and the deal closes. Then, contracts are handed over to finance, billing or operations teams to input into billing systems or manually invoice periodically. Invoices need to be followed up if unpaid and matched with inbound payments. If it's not clear from reading this, these steps are laborious and spread across many disjointed tools.
Finrite offers multiple solutions for each of these steps — they can be used together or separately, on top of existing platforms, to automate the handoffs between these tools: CPQ to enable quote → contract flows, and CRM connectors and AI parsers to go from CRM systems to automated billing. Embedded apps in billing systems and the CRM help with updating prices and renewing contracts.
Our bi-directional CRM → billing syncs can be installed and run out of the box, with a 2-week, no-card free trial. If you require additional customization for your flows, reach out and we'd be happy to set it up.
Other products (quoting, AI parser) require us to do an onboarding check, since they need to map onto your data and workflows. Even so, we can set up within 2 weeks, with no coding required on your end.
Finrite's philosophy is to meet businesses where they are. Rather than investing in yet another CRM or billing engine, we recognize many businesses prefer to work with tools they already have and not undertake wholesale migrations to improve their workflows. To support this, we have pre-built integrations with common tools (HubSpot, Stripe, DocuSign, Salesforce) and are expanding into newer, faster-growing platforms (e.g. Tabs).
Our CRM to billing bi-directional sync is intended to work out of the box with common configurations. However, we recognize many businesses have flows that don't map onto a standard template — in this case, we'll work with you over 2 weeks to configure a custom instance for your business, including working with your internal systems and data. Typically, we don't require any development on your end and our deployment is rapid. For AI contract parsing and CPQ / quote + contract automations, we will generally need a two-week onboarding period.
Work across systems manually. You should start here at low volume — don't invest in tooling too early. But if your business is scaling rapidly, this is guaranteed to cause problems, and it will fail silently. You will almost certainly wake up one day and realize you're missing contracts you need for Series A diligence, or that you left $100,000s unbilled because your finance or revops lead was on a (well-deserved!) long weekend and missed a few PDFs. If your contract volume is over 5–10 new customers per month, growing fast, and you want a lean team, we recommend using Finrite before this happens.
Vibe-code / internal builds, Zapier, n8n. If you have a simple integration, this might suffice. However, the moment you're connecting multiple tools and require bi-directional syncs, these workflows become brittle. They're also difficult to embed within the UI of apps like HubSpot / Stripe, where your teams live.
Native integrations between billing ↔ CRM systems. Many common combinations of tools don't have out-of-the-box integrations (e.g. HubSpot and Stripe / Metronome) for billing workflows. Where integrations do exist (e.g. HubSpot ↔ Chargebee), they are usually superficial and one-way — platforms typically invest in their core capabilities rather than building out integrations to other tools.
PandaDoc. PandaDoc Contract / CPQ can help automate parts of the CRM-to-contract handoff, but it doesn't sync with subscription software and can't handle discount and tax calculations within the CRM. It also doesn't handle syncs over the course of the customer lifecycle (e.g. upgrades / renewals that drive changes to billing).
End-to-end, sales-led billing systems with CPQ modules (e.g. Hyperline, Sequence). These newer tools are good options for businesses that can migrate or replatform. However, they don't serve businesses with a product-led component — your data would be split across multiple billing systems if you have a hybrid sales and self-serve setup. They also require migrating your existing subscriptions to a new platform, which can be time-consuming and complex.
